The Studio with Sea View offered stunning views of South Pattaya, making mornings feel extra special. Easy access to the beach was a huge plus. just a quick stroll across the street. Location near Central Mall was fantastic for dining and shopping. The room was spacious, with a decent sitting area to relax, and daily cleaning kept it tidy. However, the pool was quite chilly in December, making it less inviting for a swim. Some parts of the property, like the kitchen facilities, felt outdated and could use some refurbishment. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and found it quite a good deal for the price during high season.

The staff were just as sweet as can be, and I loved having a little shop right on-site for snacks. That beach access was so handy, made it easy to run back and forth. Wish the pool was a tad warmer, though, ‘cause it was chilly when we went. Last thing—my room had that beautiful sea view, which made my mornings glorious.

This isn’t really a full-service hotel. it has an apartment vibe with limited housekeeping hours, which can be annoying. There are no ramps, making it tricky for families with strollers, and I had to lug mine up and down stairs. Additionally, many amenities felt outdated, like appliances that barely worked and furnishings that resembled budget options.
